We have continued our partnership with Walgreens Pharmacy and are offering several flu clinics at all campuses. If you cannot attend one of the dates below, or do not have health insurance, you may call our office (848) 932-8254 after October 28, 2026 to schedule an appointment. We will have a limited number of appointments available.

To save time prior to coming for your flu vaccine, do the following:
- Review the Flu VIS (Vaccination Information Statement).
- The Informed Consent for Vaccination form will be provided at the clinic you attend. Please bring your medical insurance card information to the clinic.
- Wear a short sleeve shirt to the clinic.

If you are a Covered Individual under the Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals (Policy 100.3.1), please ask for Proof of Immunization so you can upload it to the Influenza Vaccination website, or scan the QR code below to upload.
