About forty people joined AGPR Director Hilda T. Ayala and PRAC Director Aldo Lauria Santiago for a Q&A session about the National Archive in Puerto Rico, its goals, work, conditions and challenges.
Hilda explained briefly the many pending projects and the collaboration with the Rutgers/PRAC. She also answered many and varied questions from the participants including information about access, available collections, staffing, emergency repairs and digitization work.
A second session will be held in August or September and a walking tour of the AGPR depositos will also be scheduled for August.
