Rebecca Woofter is a Postdoctoral Associate with the PRISM Lab. She earned her Ph.D. in Community Health Sciences from the University of California Los Angeles. Her work focuses on maternal and reproductive health using both quantitative and qualitative data. She is particularly interested in access to and quality of reproductive healthcare, and the impact of health policy on reproductive health outcomes. Her dissertation analyzed electronic medical records and expert interviews with healthcare providers to examine perinatal mental health screening in California.
