Hello everyone! My name is Grace Shields and this summer I will not only be interning with Tom and Roshauna but I also have joined AmeriCorps as a new member, along with several other members who are also a part of HealthyWe Corps. As a part of my role as a member of AmeriCorps, I assist Tom and Roshauna by supporting them with anything that is needed to create a successful HealthyWe Corps program, whether it be interacting with the members participating in the HealthyWe program or working behind the scenes.
Outside of joining AmeriCorps, I am a current student attending Penn State, working to earn my masters in Public Health, along with a major in Biobehavioral Health.
