Dr. Cummock completed his undergraduate education at Washington University in St. Louis. He then worked as a Research Associate under Dr. Barth Green and Dr. Michael Wang in the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Miami, focusing his research on spine outcomes and biomarkers of traumatic spinal cord injury. He has published in numerous journals and presented his findings at national meetings including an oral platform presentation at the 2010 AANS/CNS Spine Section meeting. He graduated from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York and began his Neurosurgery Residency in 2015. Upon completion of his Neurosurgery Residency in 2022, he will begin his Spine Fellowship at the University of Miami.
