The MBA Office is pleased to announce the following networking and professional development opportunity for students: Spring 2025 MBA Professional Development Day Agenda Date: Tuesday, February 18, 2025 (10:30am-5:00pm) Location: 1 Corporate Place South – Piscataway, NJ (RBS MBA's New Location!) 10:30 AM – 11:20 AM Check-in & Brunch Arrive at 1 Corporate Place South Lounge Enjoy a light brunch and connect with peers. 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Workshop Facilitator: Rushab Kamdar, EMBA Gain valuable insights into leveraging emotional intelligence to become a more effective leader. Activities include self-assessment exercises, group discussions, and actionable strategies for professional growth. 2:45 PM – 3:45 PM Leadership Skills and Teamwork Speaker: Associate Dean Sharon Lydon, PhD Explore the fundamentals of effective teamwork and leadership. Learn practical skills to enhance collaboration and team performance in diverse settings. 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM Networking Dinner Enjoy dinner while networking with peers, faculty, and industry professionals. Notes for Attendees: Dress Code: Business Casual Attendance Requirement: Full-time first-year MBA students must attend all sessions, which are open to all full-time and part-time MBA students.
