Online Professional Development Series Module #3: Communications & Conveyance of Effective Listening and Interactions

In today’s world built upon “social networking,” there has been a vast deterioration in face-to-face and group-to-group communications. We are constantly communicating through ‘digital 0’s and 1’s! Body language, tone, eye-to-eye contact, and presence are missing and losing their strength in true communicative meaning. Interpersonal skills are mandatory for successful, meaningful relationships.

 This module identifies the strengths and pitfalls required for successful communicative outcomes. We will use various scenarios and share how to improve breakdowns “along the communication highway.”
