Guided Meditation: Taking Some Time to Destress Before Finals Week

Please join Lisa Rossini, certified yoga instructor, for a guided mindfulness meditation session. Lisa will review some of the many benefits of meditation and will take you through a guided meditation which will offer some daily tips on stress reduction, mindful breathing and carving out time to be present in peaceful and quiet moments.  There will be time after the session for any questions.
