Postdoctoral Associate:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Dr. Rivera and the RISC Lab is accepting applications for a Postdoctoral Associate position. The Postdoctoral Associate will contribute to one or two related research tracks. The first will support PI Rivera\u2019s research program on implicit social cognition and social inequities. The second will support a collaborative, mixed-methods research project testing a model of colonialism, coloniality, and implicit racial identities. CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE.<\/a><\/p>\n

Undergraduate Research Assistants:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Research assistants\u202fwill be involved in multiple aspects of collaborative research, such as participant recruitment, data collection, data coding and analyses, and manuscript preparation.\u202f\u202fIn addition, research assistants will have opportunities to develop practical skills such as critical thinking and oral and written presentations, as well as develop mentor-mentee relationships with RISC Lab members. These skills\u00a0and experience are particularly\u00a0important for\u00a0students who want to\u00a0engage in\u00a0independent research (e.g.,\u00a0honors thesis) and wish to apply to graduate school.
