Research and Background:<\/strong> I\u2019m interested in studying how\u00a0social cognitions, biases, and stereotypes develop and operate\u00a0within organizational and educational contexts. My research\u00a0examines the social-cognitive mechanisms underlying the\u00a0formation of gender and ethnic-racial stereotypes in STEM and\u00a0leadership, with a focus on how these stereotypes influence\u00a0facial perceptions and impressions. Before joining Rutgers,I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ohio State University.<\/h5>\n

Research and Background:\u00a0<\/strong>I am a PhD student in the Social Psychology program at Rutgers University \u2013 Newark. I am interested in implicit bias and social attitudes among criminal justice actors, with an emphasis on law enforcement officers. I am also interested in how criminal justice-involved individuals construct their criminal identities and the extent to which these identities influence their engagement in criminal behavior.<\/h5>\n
Prior to joining the RISC lab, I earned my bachelor\u2019s degrees in Psychology and Criminology at California State University, Fresno.<\/h5>\n

Research and Background:<\/strong> I am a PhD student at the Rutgers Business School. I am interested in research in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and social activism in organizations and how organizations can respond to such requirements\/challenges.<\/h5>\n
I earned an MBA degree from Xavier Institute of Management in India and a master’s in Industrial relations from Cornell University. I also have experience working in Human Resources in various organizations in India.<\/h5>\n
