Murlee Dhar Shyam is currently pursuing his Master’s in Human Resources Management – May 2024 from the School of Management & Labor Relations, Rutgers University. He obtained a Master’s degree in Psychology (Industrial Organizational Psychology) from the Indira Gandhi National Open University, India, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Lucknow, India. He has also obtained the certification of Senior Certified Professional (SCP) from SHRM. In his professional experience, he has worked in several global organizations in India/APAC in various HR Leadership roles over 2 decades. A passionate Startup evangelist, Murlee is also a subject matter expert in leading M&A, People & Technology Transformation Projects, Talent Acquisition & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Organizational design/re-design & optimization, and HR Analytics.
