The 2019 Caterpillar HR College Case Competition is an opportunity for students to gain real-world HR experiences by providing solutions and recommendations for current HR opportunities at Caterpillar Inc., while competing and learning from other students concentrating in the fields of Human Resources and Business.<\/span><\/p>\n

We will be accepting team case competition applications and would like to give your mentees the opportunity to participate in this year\u2019s program. <\/span><\/p>\n

The selected Caterpillar business case will be distributed to all registered student teams mid-February and students will have ~6 weeks to develop the solution(s) that they believe will help address the business need. Final solutions will be virtually presented by student teams to a panel of HR professionals within Caterpillar on April 10 – 12, 2019. The top three rated teams will be awarded cash prizes.
