Leading HR Toward the Next Normal <\/strong><\/p>\n

The Rutgers University award winning graduate chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (RU SHRM) organizes an annual business conference in the spring of each year. This important conference attracts more than 200 top executive business leaders, human resource professionals, graduate and undergraduate students, and Rutgers HR faculty and staff experts.<\/p>\n

This year due to COVID-19, we are hosting the conference virtually and splitting it up into two sessions: an evening session on Thursday April 8 and a morning session on Friday April 9.<\/p>\n

Attendees will gain insights from top Human Resource Management experts who will address how HR adds value and provides a competitive advantage for your organization. Presenters will discuss how their HR teams have led their organization prior to and during the pandemic, and what HR leadership is doing to support their organization as they move toward the next normal.<\/p>\n
