Rutgers WIT - Makerspace Event / Froyo!

August 14 @ 1:30 pm
Join us for a tour of the Rutgers Makerspace! Then Froyo at 16 Handles! We will have a guided tour and a demonstration of Sublimation printing, which is a process that uses high heat and pressure to transfer your design from sublimation paper directly onto your chosen product (material or fabric). The combination of pressure and heat embeds your artwork for long-lasting and vibrant results. You will also have an opportunity to purchase an 8 x 10 jigsaw puzzle or tote bag with a design or a picture ** for approximately $5.00.  The Makerspace does not accept cash; they do take Credit Cards and Apple/Goold Pay.  You will pay onsite the day of the event. ** We will need to email your 8 1/2” x 11” High-resolution picture prior to the day of the event.  Email your image to: schwerdt@oit.rutgers.edu Register for Makerspace Event Parking: You must have a valid Rutgers Parking pass to park on campus. If you don't have one, please email us at: schwerdt@oit.rutgers.edu so we can work on getting you a single-day pass.
