The Department of Health is the lead agency for the state, managing services for over 35,000 families each year for children from birth up to three years old. The position is titled, \u2018Service Coordination Liaison\u2019 and in this role you will oversee service coordination across all 21 counties in the state. This role is a great opportunity for a mid-career individual, and I hope to bring on board someone who&#8217;s both enthusiastic and driven.
