Depending on\u00a0experience, interest, and computer skills, you may<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>analyze\/code data by computer<\/li>\n<li>program experiments<\/li>\n<li>assist in experiments with preschoolers<\/li>\n<li>recruit subjects from area preschools and schedule appointments<\/li>\n<li>create stimuli<\/li>\n<li>star in or help shoot short videos designed for babies and preschoolers<\/li>\n<li>attend lab pizza parties!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You\u00a0must be available at least one weekday morning and occasional Saturdays.\u00a0Excellent interpersonal skills are vital when working with parents and children.<\/p>\n<p>Preference is given to students who are willing to stay at least two semesters or one\u00a0semester and a summer. Typically, students work for credit. The lab is well equipped\u00a0for Honors thesis research.<\/p>\n<p><em>Summer fellowships and other funding may be available for\u00a0<strong>outstanding<\/strong>\u00a0students. Dr. Leslie has supervised many Departmental honors students, a number of whom have won departmental prizes for their work.
