At this type of Knowledge Café, speakers and experts sit at separate tables, indicating their topics of discussion. Attendees, e.g. ‘information seekers’, join the table of their choice, converse, and rotate after three 15-minute rounds all while dining on delicious appetizers and refreshing beverages)

As an information seeker, your role is to freely circulate around the room, engaging in one-on-one or small group discussions with the experts stationed at different tables. Approach experts based on your interests or questions, ask for advice, seek answers, and share your own insights. Feel free to switch tables as you explore multiple topics at your own pace. Afterward, during the closing session, reflect on and share any valuable insights you’ve gained from your interactions. This format encourages active participation and collaborative learning, so make the most of this opportunity to exchange knowledge and network with following experts.
