You have (10) business days from the date of notification about the new date(s) to make the refund request. Please send refund requests to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:registration@njaes.rutgers.edu\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">registration@njaes.rutgers.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Refund Policy<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Withdraw your registration by January 5, 2024, for a full refund (minus a $35.00 processing fee).\u00a0 Given this event&#8217;s registration fee is less than or the same as the processing fee, you can opt for credit toward your registration for a future <a href=\"https:\/\/cpe.rutgers.edu\/all-courses\">OCPE course<\/a>.\u00a0 Failure to submit your request by January 5, 2024, means you&#8217;re responsible for the full fee. Email refund or course credit requests to\u00a0 <a href=\"mailto:registration@njaes.rutgers.edu\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">registration@njaes.rutgers.edu<\/a> before the deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Can&#8217;t Attend?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>If you are unable to attend the event and you don&#8217;t want course credit, you can substitute another person in your place. See below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Substitution Policy<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>To substitute another person, kindly inform us of the substitute&#8217;s name, address, phone number, and email address. Submit substitute registration requests to <a href=\"mailto:registration@njaes.rutgers.edu\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">registration@njaes.rutgers.edu<\/a> by January 8, 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Refund Payment Process<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>For Credit Card Payments: A refund will be processed back to the same credit card.<\/li>\n<li>For Check, e-Checks\/EFT, Cash, or Money Order Payments: A refund will be issued by check to the individual or company that made the original payment.
