Dipali Yeh is an Assistant Professor and the Coordinator for Simulation and Interprofessional Education in the Department of Physician Assistant Studies and Practice at the Rutgers School of Health Professions.
She holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and recently completed her Ph.D. Her areas of expertise include interprofessional education, healthcare simulation, debriefing, and the integration of standardized patients in training.
In addition to her academic role, Dr. Yeh is also a practicing Physician Assistant with a background in emergency medicine, working part-time at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. She is actively involved in various interprofessional education initiatives across Rutgers Health and is recognized for her contributions to simulation-based education. She is also noted as a role model for students, particularly women of color pursuing careers in healthcare.
