Hotel reservations
We have arranged a block reservation at the DoubleTree Hilton near Rutgers with a discounted rate for Rutgers attendees. Please note that these reservations are self-pay; Rutgers will not cover expenses at the time of booking. Attendees should use the following link to book their rooms:

We anticipate being able to reimburse part of your expenses if you submit a request later. However, we encourage those with their own research funds to cover their hotel expenses, as this will allow us to support more attendees without travel funding. Currently, we are awaiting news regarding our application for an NSF conference grant, and we will determine how much support we can provide once we have a final update on our funding budget.
