New Publication in Current HIV/AIDS Reports

We are pleased to share our latest review published in Current HIV/AIDS Reports:
The State of the Science on Chronic Comorbidities and Aging in Children and Adolescents with Perinatally-Acquired HIV.”

As children born with HIV increasingly survive into adolescence and adulthood due to effective life-long antiretroviral treatment, understanding long-term risks for chronic comorbidities including neurodevelopment, cardiometabolic, mental and oral diseases has become a critical priority.

This paper synthesizes the current evidence and highlights urgent gaps for research, care delivery, and global health policy.
