The Rutgers School of Health Professions (SHP) is offering a two-session training that will provide clinically licensed staff, licensed staff, and Registered Nurses a clear understanding of Community Support Services and documentation standards.\u00a0<\/span> This training is intended for clinically licensed staff and licensed staff\u00a0<\/strong>(pursuant\u00a0to supervision guidelines) <\/span>and Registered Nurses who are responsible for completing the CRNAs and IRPs<\/strong>\u00a0for their agencies <\/span>who have NEVER attended a CSS training,\u00a0OR who feel they need further training to complete these documents (e.g. LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAC, RN)<\/strong>. CSS programs should limit registration to 1 to 2 staff.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>This CSS Clinician Documentation training will review CSS interventions, psychiatric rehabilitation goals, values, and principles, the comprehensive rehabilitation needs assessment (CRNA), and the individualized rehabilitation plan (IRP). Sessions will be small enough to provide participants an individualized experience completing the CRNA and IRP.<\/p>\n
