Similar to other services, the delivery of CSS has been significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Adaptations to the methods, frequency, and duration of services became necessary. Given these adaptations and other service delivery challenges, it is concomitant upon service providers to be even more attentive to the basics of providing intentional services. Intentional services are purposeful, deliberate, and planned and have a specific intended outcome. This webinar is intended to outline the path to intentional services provision using a case example.<\/p>\n
