Jennifer Salt Taylor was invited to speak at the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Association of State Public Health Nutritionists (ASPHN) on June 10 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The association provides state and national leadership on food and nutrition policy, programs, and services.
The three day meeting was attended and had one day focused on using AI in Public Health Outreach. Jennifer’s presentation, Rutgers SNAP Gap Project: Promoting Nutrition Security Programs with School Partners in NJ, was well received with plenty of questions from the audience. The presentation focused on an outline of how the project has developed throughout the three years based on findings from each year. More information can be found on the ASPHN website.
