Our program offers a unique blend of hands-on clinical experience, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and comprehensive didactic learning to shape the future leaders of advanced practice nursing.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"DNP Interviews\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/1083966526?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write; encrypted-media\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Clinical Immersion:<\/strong> Our NP Residents dive into the heart of patient care, engaging four days a week at CompleteCare Health Network an Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in southern New Jersey. The NP residents encounter a diverse patient population, gaining invaluable experience while being guided and mentored by established Advanced Practice Nurses and Physicians. Here, NP Residents experience a multifaceted approach to education. They engage in traditional lecture-style learning, participate in hands-on simulations at the state-of-the-art simulation center, and attend workshops and web-based learning sessions.
