Documentation and software downloads for each are located on this page.<\/p>\n<h2>AnyConnect Client<\/h2>\n<p>The preferred method of connecting to VPN on an Apple computer is using the Cisco AnyConnect Client.\u00a0 Installing the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client eliminates the need to download the application each time a user logs into the SSL VPN Portal.<\/p>\n<p>If have not previously installed the Cisco AnyConnect client, you can authenticate through a web-browser which will attempt to auto-install AnyConnect; <a href=\"https:\/\/vpn.rutgers.edu\">https:\/\/vpn.rutgers.edu<\/a>. If this fails, you will then be presented the option to manually download and install the client. Please note that administrative privileges are required to install AnyConnect<\/p>\n<h2><a class=\"btn btn-primary\" href=\"http:\/\/soc.rutgers.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/72\/2019\/01\/OSX-Install-2018.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MacOS SSL Instructions<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>SSL VPN Portal<\/h2>\n<p>Rutgers Web-based VPN is available at the following link:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/vpn.rutgers.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/vpn.rutgers.edu<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Native macOS VPN Client<\/h2>\n<p>With the implementation 2FA enhanced security, using mac OS\u2019 native Cisco IPSec VPN client will no longer be supported as of July 1st 2019.
