Welcome to the Brenner Lab

We are a synthetic organic chemistry research group. The primary motivation of our research is to develop new organocatalytic reactions that are broadly useful in organic synthesis and medicinal chemistry.  We seek an in depth understanding of reaction mechanism and asymmetric induction in multi-step and multi-catalyst transformations.  We utilize these transformations to synthesize small natural products and medicinal compounds.  We collaborate with other synthetic chemists, computational chemists, and biologists.  E-mail Prof. Brenner-Moyer.
