Our first day of this trip has been colored by stress, sweat, and adventure! A memorable experience, I truly enjoyed the layover in Frankfurt. We explored the downtown area of the city am Main, walked through the trail of peeing trees, sipped delicious and much-needed lattes, and shared laughs and conversations together! I enjoyed listening to the cadence of the German language and seeing the country we have read so much about in class. Overall, I had a great day and can’t wait for the rest of the trip!
