Through education, outreach, and community-driven demonstration projects, the program partners will provide municipalities with information they can use to make practical, science-based, and cost-effective decisions about water, wastewater, and stormwater management to improve the quality of life of residents while protecting the water resources of the region.<\/p>\n<p>PVSC is committed to helping struggling communities better manage their existing water infrastructure. Through its partnership with RCE Water Resources Program, PVSC will:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Provide outreach and education about green infrastructure strategies to municipalities in its service area<\/li>\n<li>Install demonstration green infrastructure projects to reduce stormwater runoff volumes<\/li>\n<li>Provide cost-share funding to assist municipalities in evaluating needs and green infrastructure opportunities to increase soil infiltration and groundwater recharge and protect waterways from nonpoint source pollution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a
