Here’s a breakdown of some of the web applications we’ve developed recently.

faculty compensation program application

Faculty Compensation Program

We created an application for the Office of Academic Labor Relations’ Faculty Compensation Program to facilitate the giving of monetary awards to Rutgers faculty. Our application is used to upload and review documents to be considered for awards. Once approved, department administrators can easily enter their recommendations for the award’s amount.

pay card enrollment form

Pay Card Enrollment

Rutgers Payroll Services asked us to create an application that allows Rutgers staff to opt into Pay Card, a method of paperless payment. We built a form that pre-populates the staff member’s information to streamline the enrollment process. Payroll services can then export this data to provide staff with a Pay Card.

project portfolio management tool

Project Portfolio Management

We developed the Project Portfolio Management tool for the Rutgers Project Management office to easily assign and track projects at the Office of Information Technology. Users can request PMO services on this app by submitting a form with their project and its details, which is then assigned to a project manager. The PPM can also be used to run reports on current projects.

School of Nursing Student Management System

We created a student management system for the school of nursing to consolidate student demographic and transcript information from multiple data sources, such as SRDB and Banner. The app’s backend features robust reporting and filtering systems, as well as a granular permission system for viewing data.

Salary and Wage Application screen

Salary and Wage Redistribution and Justification Application

Rutgers Payroll Services contracted us to digitize their outdated pen and paper request system for salary adjustments. We developed a new application for them that tracks requests through a multi-level approval process using a unique user management interface.

The School System Improvement (SSI) Project

We developed a portal for the SSI project that would implement their in-house observation methods to easily track the effectiveness of teachers and principles throughout 15 individual New Jersey charter schools.
