Incident Management Policy
The stability of hosted sites is the sole responsibility of Pantheon and does not lie under the jurisdiction of WCS. You can receive updates on the operational status of Pantheon sites at https://status.pantheon.io/.
- For all websites with a maintenance agreement plan, WCS will raise support tickets on the client’s behalf for any Pantheon system and infrastructure issues.
- For websites without a maintenance plan, the individual client is responsible for contacting Pantheon support directly regarding these issues.
