How to create your Webex account


Depending on your role at Rutgers University, you can create your Webex personal account by following the information below:

Faculty/Staff and Student Role

Faculty/Staff and Students have access to personal Webex accounts. To create your account:

  1. Navigate to the Service Activation page and log-in with your NetID and NetID password.
  2. Find the box labeled Webex.
  3. Click Activate Service.
  4. Wait 15 minutes after activating your account
  5. Navigate to the Rutgers Webex page and select Sign-in at the top of the screen.
  6. Log in with your NetID and NetID password

Guest Role

Guests who are interested in activating a Webex account should reach out to their local Rutgers Connect Domain Administrator to provision an account. Once an account is provisioned, guests should follow the steps above to create their account.
