Theater: My Peace, My Prison

“Theater: My peace, My prison” is the passion project I didn’t know I needed. In October I was faced with a life altering change and a now, never ending challenge. Finding my place in the art form I once called home was a daunting task, but through the help of my fellow performers, mentors, and family, I was able to answer the question we often ask ourselves at the precipice of any change: what now?

Gillian Zahn is a full-time student at Rutgers University New Brunswick, as well as the full-time production assistant at Middlesex County’s Plays-in-the-Park. Gillian’s passion for all arts is a driving force in both her work and academic life.
