The Power of Composition

This video is a short film about the power of composition from my perspective. I teach the basics of composition and show examples of composition techniques both in video and in photography.
Louis Mejorada writes, “I am a 2nd year Exercise Science Major here at Rutgers University, originally from my hometown Holmdel, NJ. I’m expected to graduate in May of 2026. Some of my hobbies include volleyball, photography, and more recently filmmaking/cinematography.”
Louis made this video as part of an assignment in Professor Leslieann Hobayan’s Creative Writing-Multimedia Composition course during the spring semester of 2023. Professor Hobayan selected the piece to be featured in WHR.
