Director’s Statement: “I made the film “I Feel Alone” to express how I was feeling coming from high school where I was used to being around people who I have known since middle school. Coming to Rutgers was a huge change for me and a little difficult at first but as the semester went on and I started connecting with others, I started to realize I’m not alone at all.

Emily Balseca is a 19-year-old, second-year student at the School of Arts and Sciences. She is currently working towards a Music B.A. major with a minor in music technology. Emily has always had an interest in the arts, specifically music and film. She hopes to be able to capture emotions within her projects and share them with others to relate.
