I lay in the grass,<\/p>\n

that chlorophyllic mordantness poisons me a hot thought<\/p>\n

that itches my brain hairs like a lick.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 >\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 There is<\/p>\n

a<\/u><\/strong> cloud<\/strong> <\/u><\/p>\n

in the sky shaped like<\/p>\n

a carousel,<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 it reminds me of her the way those horses go nowhere.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I chase after it in a weeping sprint until I am an impaled horse except I am a chimp in the way that I am ridiculous.<\/p>\n

I am running faster than I ever have because th<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

is<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

cloud\u00a0cannot see behind it,<\/p>\n

\u00a0is something like a forget in its threatening fleet.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I sprint electric, unsure if these tears are wind or purple induced.<\/p>\n

For the first time, I am molten.\u00a0 I can hear the<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

epithets through the wind, what I will be once I catch up;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

the perfect a<\/u> <\/strong>pology, the shattering<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 goodbye<\/u><\/strong>,<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 the silent timpany.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I notice that my now feet are sopping bone like ice in the way it feels like heat for just a moment.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I lay in the grass, tendrils of my heat against the skyblack claw towards a cloud that cannot ex<\/p>\n

ist after rain.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I see myself steaming and imagine my soul<\/p>\n

Freeing itself from me.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n
