Grading In order to obtain credit for the course,
a student has to take the final exam
The final grade is calculated as follows:
Final exam : 30 percent
Midterm : 40
percent
Quiz: 20 percent
(weekly quiz on every Friday, NO make-up for quiz but we will
drop two lowest scores.
)
Homework: 10 percent
Exams Midterm: Feb. 27nd  and  Apr.

2019Makeup exam will be allowed ONLY in EXTREME situations(e.g. death in the family, serious illness with
an official record of an emergency room visit )and I must be notified BEFORE the scheduled exam. Final: Tentative Schedule is available
