Homepage
Welcome!
Welcome to the Catalyzing Community Capacity Website, a resource and learning hub designed to help individuals and organizations build their knowledge and skills in identifying grant funding opportunities, writing successful grant proposals, securing funding, and managing grants once awarded.
This website provides everything you would need to know about grant writing, broken out into ten lessons. Each lesson provides an overview of an important component of the grant lifecycle. In addition, it provides supporting materials, including slide presentations, discussion videos, suggested activities to practice your new skills, and links to additional resources for further reading.
We hope these resources provide practical tools, new perspectives, and valuable information that you can apply in your own work and community, with the end goal of building funding capacity, strengthening your organization’s impact, and obtaining larger state and national grants to promote organizational and programmatic sustainability.
Who is this website for?
Content on this website would benefit nonprofit program staff and executives, development officers and fundraising professionals, grant consultants and proposal writers, as well as public sector professionals seeking external funding. Anyone looking to enhance their organization’s grant success rate will find valuable, applicable strategies throughout this website. The lessons are designed to be flexible and self-paced—you may explore topics in any order and spend as much or as little time on each section as fits your interests and needs.
