Experiential learning is an educational approach in which students learn by doing through direct, hands-on engagement and gain practical insight into world and career readiness while building knowledge and skills and establishing professional connections.

Through purposeful engagement and reflection, experiential learning deepens knowledge, strengthens skills, clarifies values, builds confidence, and supports students’ growth as emerging professionals and community contributors.
