Sherilynn joined Dr. Falvo’s Cardiorespiratory Physiology Laboratory in 2021 as a rotating master’s student through Rutgers’ School of Graduate Studies and transitioned into a full-time lab member upon graduation in 2022. Sherilynn’s main responsibility in lab has been a point of contact for an ongoing study in addition to assisting with pulmonary function testing (PFTs) and cardiopulmonary testing (CPETs), drafting manuscripts and recruitment.
Sherilynn completed her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences with a concentration in Human Health Protection from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2017) and obtained a Masters from Rutgers University in Biomedical Sciences (2022).
Outside of her dedication to CPL and veterans, Sherilynn enjoys being a foodie and is an avid traveler.
