Haunting, Devils – 2025 Rutgers French and Francophone Film Festival

Welcome to the Rutgers French Film and Francophone Film Festival! Thanks to a collaboration with Albertine Cinémathèque, this festival includes six movies by emerging and award-winning filmmakers, and all screenings are free and open to the public.

This year’s festival explores the theme : HAUNTING, DEVILS. The selection of films interrogates the notions of loss, love, ghosts, repression and resilience. We are excited to present six stories that illuminate the healing power of cinema!

All six films will be screened on Rutgers’ College Avenue campus in New Brunswick in their original language(s) and with English subtitles. All rooms are wheelchair-friendly.
