Monday to Friday DAYTIME Overview

  • 8:45am – Check-in each morning
  • 9:00am – Improv Workshop
  • 10:15am – AM Ensemble Rehearsals
  • LUNCH
  • 1:15pm – Masterclasses
  • 2:30pm – PM Ensemble Rehearsals
  • 4:00pm – Daytime activities conclude

Weekday EVENING Overview

Monday 7/6
  • 7:00pm – The “One More Once Big Band” free concert
  • 8:30pm – Extended-Day Commuter Check-out/Pickup
Tuesday 7/7
  • 4:30pm – Student Jam Session and BBQ!
  • 7:00pm – Extended-Day Commuter Check-out/Pickup
Wednesday 7/8
  • 7:00pm – Free concert, opened by the camp’s RSJI Student Jazz Orchestra!
    • Featuring the “Conrad Herwig Latin Side Ensemble”
  • 8:30pm – Extended-Day Commuter Check-out/Pickup
Friday 7/10
  • 6:00pm – Final Student Showcase Concert!
  • 9:00pm – Final Check-out for all camp students
