Benjamin Goodyear, Ph.D., brings over 10 years of specialized experience in drug delivery within R&D and Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. In 2022, he took on the role of Part-Time Lecturer for the Rutgers Professional Science Master’s Program.
As a Medical Science Liaison at Bausch + Lomb, Dr. Goodyear plays a pivotal role in supporting field medical affairs. He engages in collaborative efforts with researchers, clinical trial centers, and key opinion leaders, driving forward scientific innovation and research in the pharmaceutical field. His career has spanned a variety of scientific disciplines, having held impactful positions at Galderma Laboratories, B.A.S.F., L’Oreal, Amneal, TEVA, and GlaxoSmithKline.
Dr. Goodyear obtained his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Rutgers University and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Montclair State University. His academic contributions are notable, with several published scientific manuscripts and book chapters focusing on pharmaceutical drug delivery technologies. Additionally, he serves as an active member of the AAPS Topical and Transdermal community, contributing to member engagement and leadership initiatives.
