Our centralized and shared cleanroom will be opened for use starting from 3rd September 2019. The measurement instrumentation, wet processes and majority of process tools are available for use, but the release of a few other process tools is planned at a later stage.
There are a set of procedures in place before one is allowed to work in the cleanroom. Those who plan to become accredited users of the Microfab cleanroom click on the “Becoming an MCF user” tab for more information.
