After helping to establish a proteomics lab and earning his B.S. in Biomolecular Science at Clarkson University (Potsdam, NY), Chris attended Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, OH) to earn his M.S. in Applied Anatomy. Here he was heavily involved in anatomy and neuroanatomy education at the medical school and also participated in orthopedic anatomical research at the Hamann-Todd Human Osteological Collection housed in the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. Chris earned his doctorate after returning to his home state of Maine to attend the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine (Biddeford, ME). His research interests include neurotrauma, neurooncology, spine oncology, and functional neurosurgery. He has extra-clinical interests in the development and delivery of modern educational tools.
