Robyn Ginese is a leadership facilitator, curriculum designer, and executive trainer with a background in talent development, organizational renewal, and team effectiveness. She is the Global Head of Executive Leadership & Development for an international fintech corporation, and the Founder & Principal Facilitator for a leadership coaching and consulting group. Previous to her work with corporate audiences, she spent over 15 years working within Higher Education for which she served four institutions in several capacities, most recently Rutgers University as the Director for Leadership, Experiential Learning, & Career Readiness.
Robyn’s experience is in designing and advancing immersive learning environments with a strategic focus on transformative learning, team dynamics, and hands-on competency development. Certified and fluent in several leadership styles’ inventories (StrengthsQuest, MBTI, DiSC and True Colors), she works to develop populations ranging from youth to adult learners and college to corporate audiences. Known to infuse energy, cultivate confidence, and inspire action, she aims to bring the session, training, or retreat to life with practical examples, relevant content, and interactive and thought-provoking delivery.
Robyn graduated with a Master’s of Education from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor’s Degree from Brandeis University where she double majored in Political Science and History and a concentration in Legal Studies. Robyn loves building self-awareness and leadership efficacy, polishing unrealized potential, and cultivating confidence in individuals and teams so they can explore, grow, and ultimately thrive.
