Voices of Students in Community College
Noncredit Workforce Education
Learners are increasingly turning to short-term college programs and credentials, such as community college noncredit workforce programs. We are conducting two projects focused on students enrolled in these programs.
Student Perspectives on Noncredit Workforce Education
The first project relies on interviews at three colleges, giving voice to almost 90 students to understand their goals, decision-making processes, and program experiences.

Student Voices Informing Practice in Noncredit Workforce Education
The second project, in partnership with the National Council for Workforce Education (NCWE), will collect additional college, program, and student data to drive policy and program improvement via a 15-college community of practice.
