Postdoctoral Associate:
Dr. Rivera and the RISC Lab is accepting applications for a Postdoctoral Associate position. The Postdoctoral Associate will contribute to one or two related research tracks. The first will support PI Rivera’s research program on implicit social cognition and social inequities. The second will support a collaborative, mixed-methods research project testing a model of colonialism, coloniality, and implicit racial identities. CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE.

Undergraduate Research Assistants:
Research assistants will be involved in multiple aspects of collaborative research, such as participant recruitment, data collection, data coding and analyses, and manuscript preparation. In addition, research assistants will have opportunities to develop practical skills such as critical thinking and oral and written presentations, as well as develop mentor-mentee relationships with RISC Lab members. These skills and experience are particularly important for students who want to engage in independent research (e.g., honors thesis) and wish to apply to graduate school.
