The RU Engaged Faculty Community of Practice is open to all Rutgers-New Brunswick faculty members who are interested in community-engaged teaching and learning. Faculty who do community engaged work within for-credit classes and those who hope to do so soon are welcome.
During the 2026-27 academic year, we expect to host at least one in-person meeting per semester. Meeting content is driven by faculty interest and has included presentations by institutional partners, like the Vice Chancellor for Experiential Learning, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Access and Community Engagement, and faculty panels.
