Pine Barrens Camping Trip

To commemorate the end of our semester, we’re organizing a camping getaway in Brendan T. Byrne State Forest, followed by a Sunday filled with festivities dedicated to exploring the rich variety of plant and animal life in the Pine Barrens and coastal plain regions.
PLEASE NOTE:
We are limited to 2 cars and 6 people per camp site (so four cars and 12 people max).
Extra people are welcome to join our Sunday actitivities even if you don’t camp with us.
We have extra tents and sleeping bags to share.

The Itinerary Includes:
Campfire smores and star gazing.
An informational talk with staff members from Brendan T. Byrne State Forest.
Beginner friendly hiking.
A visit to the Marine Mammal Stranding Center Sea Life Museum.
Bird Watching in the Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge (binoculars are available to borrow).
